Position: Property Department Manager
Report to: General Manager South China
Location: Guangzhou,


Tasks:

  • Property management (including facility operation and building maintenance)
  • Lease management (including delegate housing, office space leasing, car leasing and others)
  • Office operation (including internal/external post, telephone system, reception, operator management)
  • Personnel management
  • Contract controlling during all phases including risk evaluation
  • Credit control according to the valid guidelines

Education:

  • University degree Business Administration

Knowledge/Languages:

  • Knowledge of administration management, property and commercial management, finance controlling and accounting knowledge preferred
  • Good English, both in written and spoken
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good computer skills

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of work experiences in a foreign invested company, within Siemens preferred

Capabilities:

  • Cooperative, hard working, competent in dealing with complicated issues
